He is survived by: his wife Mary Hamby of Hopkinsville; his children, Christi Combs (Chase) of Herndon, Tara Sprenger (Jacob) of Crofton, Paige Crick (Gunnar) of Crofton, Sarah West of Crofton, Heather DeArmond of Hopkinsville and Clifton Phelps (Jennifer) of Glasgow, KY; his siblings, Robin Keel (Nicole), Susan Graham (Randy) of Hopkinsville and Elizabeth Taylor of Providence, KY; and his grandchildren, Jase Sprenger, Jayden Sprenger, Abby Crick, Anderson Crick, Zoe Combs, Fiona Combs, Mia Baskerville, India Phelps, Raegan Phelps and Eli Phelps.
