She was predeceased by: her father John Walter Webb; and her husband Howard Seay. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Clark (Bill) of Crofton, Kentucky; her sisters, Carolyn Champion (Ernest) of Madisonville, Kentucky and Naomi Kington of Lakeland, Florida.; and her grandsons, Bryant and Brandon Clark.
