He was predeceased by: his parents, James Theodore Vertree, Sr. and Clarice Vanover Vertree. He is survived by: his wife Doris Eli Cline Vertree; and his daughter Connie Church of Owensboro, Kentucky. He is also survived by one grandchild and 5 great grandchildren.
