He is survived by: his daughter Ginger "Rick" Wilkins of Crofton, KY; his brothers, Charles Durham (Wanda) of Greenville, KY and Anthony Durham (Doris) of Crofton, KY; his sister-in-law Brenda Durham of Simpsonville, SC; his granddaughters, Victoria Scott (James) and Amber Wilkins; and his great grandchild Waylon Bruce Stagner.
