He is survived by: his children, Tracy Ezell of Dover, TN, Todd Ezell (Kristie) of Crofton, KY, Carol Tabb (Eddie) of Hopkinsville, KY and Gayle Welker (Donnie) of Dover, TN; his brothers, Dickie Guier of Trigg County, KY and Donnie Guier of Frankfort, KY.; and his pet Sadie Mae.
