She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Vandiver and Addie Williams Vandiver; her husbands, Charles McIntosh and Claude Taylor; and her children, Charles Gordon McIntosh and Judith Floyd.
She is survived by: her daughters, Penny Thielen (Bill) of Crofton, Kentucky, Sandra Brown of Crofton and Sara McGar (Kenny) of Crofton, Kentucky. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to Crofton Baptist Church or Pennyroyal Hospice.
