She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Elwood and Lois Frances Cantrell Jones; her husband Paul M. Costello; her son Jamey Allen Legg; her grandson Nathan Michael Legg; her siblings, Rhonda Louise Gamble, Alene Sue Orndroff and Lee Wallace Jones; and her niece Susan Renee Smith.
She is survived by: her siblings, Paul W. Jones of Crockett, KY and Minnie Pearl Smith (Jimmy Roger) of West Liberty, KY; her nieces and nephews, Roger Smith (Crystal), Steven Jones, Heather Gamble, Frances Johnson, Jessie Haney (Allen) and Tammy Sue Jones; her siblings-in-law, Virginia C. Levi of Virginia and Buck Gamble; and her close friend Wanda Pack of Piqua, OH.. She is also survived by 2 great nephews & 3 great nieces.
