She is survived by: her husband Mike Woodward of Sullivan, KY; her children, Stephanie Woodward and Judd Woodward of Crittenden County4; her siblings, Debbie Cunningham Hibbs of Corbin, KY, Hope Cunningham Fornear of Mulfordtown, KY, Belinda Remus (Jim) of Sturgis, KY, Tammy Brisby and Scottie Cunningham (Dixie); and her grandchildren, Bowe, Brayden Wallace, Essence, Brysen Sanders and Nahla WoodwardA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, & cousins.
