He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Turner and Alice Turner; his brother Kenneth Turner; and his sister-in-law Delorus Turner. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Turner; his daughters, Jaqueline Turner and Brandy Manning; his stepsons, Bradley Duncan and Brian Duncan; and his grandsons, Dylan Turner and Tyler Duncan.
