She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Creekpaum and Viola Tallman Creekpaum; and her siblings, Donnie Tallman, Cindy Creekpaum and Dorothy Creekpaum.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jennifer Holloway of Milwaukee, WI., Wendy Boyer of Sterling, IL., Sheri Sheley of Sterling, IL. and Leon Creekpaum of Tulsa, OK.; and her aunt Madonna Glassburn of Medford, WI.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
