He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lee "Ponnie" and Donna Jo Jump Stephenson. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Jo Justice; his children, Brandon Matthew Hayes of Crittenden and Jamie Lee Stephenson Shank (Matt) of Verona; his siblings, Greg Stephenson (Tammy) of Dry Ridge, Kelly Stephenson of Williamstown and Christy Stephenson (Stephan) of Dry Ridge; and his grandchildren, Aidan Shank and Ciara Shank.
