He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Clifford and Esther Fugate Shears; and his brothers, Robert Moore and Raymond "Squirrel" Shears. He is survived by: his wife Betty Anderson Moore of Crittenden; his sons, Shane Stephen Moore (Missy) of Jonesville, Scott Lee Moore (Shelly) of Dry Ridge and Shawn Victor Moore (Ashli) of Dry Ridge; and his siblings, Chester Shears, Mary Tucker (David), Bonnie Flowers (Lee) and Marie Stethen (Troy).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the St Elizabeth Cancer Care Center.
