He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Prather and Doris Prather; and his brother Donald Prather. He is survived by: his children, Angela Holt (Scot), Jason Prather (Theresa), Kasey Prather (Karee), Cole Hamilton and Joshua Prather; and his siblings, Darlene Jackson, Paul Prather (Connie), Jim Prather (Amy) and David Prather. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren.
