He was predeceased by: his parents, Daw Morgan and Jemima Retherford Morgan; his wife Thelma Fischer; his daughter Janice Carol Mason; and his siblings, Charlie Morgan (Cledous), Bill Morgan (Mabel), Bessie Metcalf (Grant), Susie Wood (John), Callie Grubb (Floyd), Rose Moore (Charles), Ruth Sparks (Nathan) and Nancy Hunter (Edd).
He is survived by: his sister Jessie Allen (Willard) of Maineville, OH; his grandsons, Michael Mason (Grace) of Florence, KY and Marc Mason (Karmen) of Dry Ridge, KY; his great grandchildren, David Mason, Isaac Mason, Anthony Mason, Courtney Johnson and Kerri Francis; and his great great grandchild Layne Francis.
