He was predeceased by: his parent Shelton Lee. He is survived by: his parent Audrey Fae Caudill Love; his sister Lisa Ann Williams of Florence, KY; his children, Randy Douglas Bilby of Ludlow, KY and Melissa Lynn Crawford of Glasgow, KY; his grandchildren, Dominque Bilby, Isaiah Bilby, Noah Bilby, Angel Bilby, Kaylee Wiles, Breauna Shouse, Liam Shouse and Morgan Shause; and also Brooks Meats.
