He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Lee Jenkins and Mildred Rhodus Jenkins; his daughter Tracy; and his siblings, Rob Jenkins, Laura Conway and Darlene Carter.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dan Jenkins of Warsaw, KY, Sondra Hudgins of Owenton, KY, Chris Hudgins and Kim Hall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
