She is survived by: her parent Lola Mann Smoot; her husband Charles Alvin Ackman; her daughters, Sue Ackman (Robert Cox) of Park Hills, KY and Jo Kuth (John) of Florence, KY; and her grandchildren, Joseph Kuth, Stephen Kuth and Kari Winn of Elletsville, IN.
