She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Connelly; her father Swango Brooks; and her siblings, John, Robert, Tommy Brooks and Lucille Isaacs.

She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Evans (Troy), Regina Smith (Gary), Ame Perry and Christa Menefee (Rick); her grandchildren, Dylan, Kirstyn, Ginius, Caiden, Jordan (Pearl), Sabrina, Katie and Chelsea; and her great grandchild Aleah.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the funeral home.
