Rice; her children, Jason Douglas Rice (Nancy) of Williamstown, Crissy Wade (Wesley) of Berry, KY and Nikki Lester (Roy) of Corinth, KY; and her siblings, Gary Cleon McIntosh (Ada) of Alexandria, KY, James Elmo McIntosh, Jr. of Alexandria, KY and Jerrie Mae Aniss of Berry, KY.. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
