He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mineer-Rimer; his sons, Todd Covey of Crittenden and Donald Rimer of Union, Kentucky; his siblings, Sue Blackney (late Jim), Helen Lawson (Jess), Donnie Covey (Alice), Bobby Covey (Beverly) and Denny Covey (Kay); his sisters-in-law, Sue Covey and Patricia Covey; and his family Larry.
