He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Posey and James Posey. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Posey; his daughters, Tracey, DeLeon, Laurel Wayne Posey (Larry Wayne Posey Jr.), Georgia Marie McCool, Brianna Ramirez (Kennith Wayne Posey), Angie Posey and Melissa Posey; and his brothers, Glen Posey, Marvin Posey and Dallas Posey. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren.
