She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster Culbertson and Jessie Rapp Culbertson; and her spouse Terry Williams. She is survived by: her son Michael Paul Kelsey of Pearl River, LA; and her grandsons, Tim Kelsay, Steve Kelsay, Terry Kelsay, Jr., Paul Kelsay and Doug Kelsay.
