He is survived by: his wife Pamela Baker; his daughter Sara Baker; his brothers, Richard "Rick" Baker (Misty) and Jeffrey "Jeff" Baker (Debbie); his nephews, Jacob and Josh Baker; and his niece Amber Shartzer. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
