It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jordan Robert Mattingly (Crittenden, Kentucky), who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Mattingly and Ruthanne Smith Mattingly. He is survived by: his siblings, Edmund Adamowicz (Michelle) of Demossville, KY, Anthony "Tony" Adamowicz (Patty) of Morningview, KY, James E. Mattingly (Lora) of Henry Co, Samuel T. Mattingly of Henry Co, Michael K. Mattingly of Radcliff, KY, Michelle M. Mattingly of Michigan, Mary Mattingly of Michigan and Makayla Mattingly of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cincinnati Children's Life Services.
