She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lewis and Edna Elizabeth Arend Ruark; her spouse Jimmie R. Wagner; and her sister Donna Ruark Whelan. She is survived by: her children, Jimmie "Rocky" Wagner (Denise) of Hebron and Jeanna Wagner (Itza Pichardo) of Nashua, NH; her siblings, James Lewis Ruark, Jr. (Diane) of Crittenden and Gail Bowen (Doc) of Crittenden; her grandchildren, Ashley Beik (Tyler) and Grayson Wagner; and her great grandchild Aiden Beik.
