We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2018, at the age of 79, Iris Rose Jacobson (Crittenden, Kentucky), born in Kingston, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Roland Jacobson; and her son Tyler Andrew Jacobson. She is survived by: her children, Mark Jacobson (Lana) and Kirstin Jacobson Chapman (Mike). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
