It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Perkins (Crittenden, Kentucky), who passed away on May 18, 2018, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Charlene Collins Perkins; his daughters, Anna Perkins of Dry Ridge, KY, Tammy Perkins of Williamstown, KY and Jennifer Justice (Jimmy) of Falmouth, KY; and his siblings, Melvin Perkins of Covington, KY, Jack Perkins (Debbie) of Covington, KY, Bill Perkins (Connie) of Warsaw, KY, Lawrence Perkins, Nancy Morrison (Johnny) of Belleview Bottoms, KY and Helen Perkins. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
