He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Burch and Ida Burch; and his siblings, Gracie Burch, Joyce Vice, Eugene Burch, Dennis Burch and Will Burch.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Burch; his son Kevin Burch (Jenny); his grandsons, Carter and Cooper; his siblings, Lee Etta Ball, Gwen Goetz (Ron), Sylvia Curry and Arnold Burch (Diane); and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Burch and Ron Vice. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
