He is survived by: his daughter Tina Winn (Joey) of Portsmouth, Ohio; and his siblings, Janet Smith (Wayne) of Georgia, Karen Eldridge (Randy) of Largo, FL, Shelia Sebastian (Donald) of Gallatin County, KY, Sandy Schweitzer of Alexandria, KY, Sharon McAtee of Texas, Ruth Reynolds (Joe) of Georgia, Juanita Cushman (Ron) of Georgia, Mike Luttrell of Lexington, KY, Daniel Luttrell of Lexington, KY, Larry Huffman of Independence, KY, Robert Sparks of Ohio and Milton Sparks of Missouri. He is also survived by Grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
