He was predeceased by: his sister Loraine Couch. He is survived by: his mother Helen Berta of Goshen, OH; and his siblings, Michael Berta (Renee) of Batavia, OH, Gail Townsend (Mel) of Nashua, NH and Barbara Dunning (Jeff) of Brunswick, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
