He is survived by: his children, Roger Sparks, Jim Sparks, Sandy Lawrence of Seaboard, Juanita Cushman (Ron) of Salem, Ruth Hampson (Joseph) of Kathleen, Janet Smith (Wayne) of Roberta, Frank Sparks, Jr. of Crittenden, Milton Sparks of Aurora and Robert Sparks of Columbiana. He is also survived by wife and parents.
