She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Long and Stella Long; her stepmother Laurie Long; her husband Nelson Cheeks; her sons, Lonnie and Mike Cheeks; her grandsons, Stevie Bube, D. J. Wilson and Tony Cheeks; and her brother Orbin Long.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Cheeks, Wanda Golden (Gary), Pat Frogge (Leroy), Debbie Bube (Hal) and Bobby Cheeks. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren; as well as many other friends and family members.
