He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Thomas and Loretta Maines Cummins; and his brother Cecil "Tom" Cummins, Jr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Kay Smith (late Ron) of Richwood, KY and Mary Chapin (Tom) of Las Vegas, NV; and his nieces and nephews, Lynley, Megan, Meredith, Alex and Jason.
