He was predeceased by: his father James Paris; and his brothers, Mike and Jimmy Montgomery. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Draper Montgomery of Crittenden; his children, Glenda G. Butler (Scott) of Dry Ridge, KY, James L. Montgomery (Jamie) of Crittenden, KY and Mitchell C. Montgomery (Ashley Dalton) of Lexington, KY; his adoptive son Josh Rowland of Dry Ridge, KY; and his siblings, Kenny Montgomery of Williamstown, KY, Joey Montgomery of Williamstown, KY, Lee Ann Scholl of Disputanta, VA and Becky Montgomery of Gainesville, FL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
