He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cooper Toomey; his sons, William Toomey of Crittenden, KY and Robbie Toomey (April) of Dry Ridge, KY.; his grandchildren, Bradley, Cassandra, Chelsey, Noah Toomey and Amber Grahan (Jamin); and his great grandchildren, Ava, Leah Toomey, Ashlynn Wagoner, Ashton Hestler, Lane and Deliah Graham.
