She is survived by: her husband Clayton Arthur Rork of Crittenden; her daughters, Krystal Warner of Crittenden and Angie Partin of Glencoe; her siblings, Rod Warner (Vicki) of Verona and Donna Warner of Crittenden; her grandchildren, Kayla Cahill (Dan), Kimberly Spreder (Scott), Kelsey Partin (Craig Porter) and Ethan Warner (Michelle Kloentrup); her former husband Fritz Eubank; and her great grandchildren, Anthony Spreder, Tyler Spreder, Ryan Spreder, Caroline Spreder, Charlotte Cahill and Harper Spreder.
