He was predeceased by: his parents, Zephe McIntosh and Loretta McIntosh; his siblings, Bertha McIntosh, Barbara Black, Gilbert McIntosh and Ford McIntosh; and his wife Virginia Stamper McIntosh.

He is survived by: his daughter Vickie McIntosh of Crittenden, KY; and his sister Sophia Meece of Verona, KY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
