He was predeceased by: his parents, William Price Senior and Ruth; and his grandson Kyle. He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his children, Cary (Marsha) and Kimberly; his grandchildren, Sarah, William and Jesse; and his sisters, Margaret Witten and Marilyn Schneble.
In lieu of flowers, memorial expressions may be made in Billy's name to Portland Christian School.
