He was predeceased by: his parents, Jefferson Barnes Fordham and Rebecca Norwood Fordham; and his brother Robert Norwood Fordham. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Davis; and his daughter Jennifer Ann Fordham. He is also survived by numerous inlaws on the Davis side, and two nieces and two grand-nieces and two grand-nephews.
