He was predeceased by: his parents, Ortie Adams and Dora Adams. He is survived by: his wife Gerry; his daughter Celina "Cindy" Cummings (Steve); his grandson Adam Cummings (Beth); his great grandchildren, Olivia Neil and John Wayne Cummings; and his siblings, Carolyn Sue Williams (Paul), Lynda Hill (Richard) of Barnetts Creek, KY and Rick Adams of Chapmanville, WV.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
