He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Rankin; and his in-laws, Dorothy and Doc Risinger. He is survived by: his brothers, Steve (Cindy), Greg and Brian; his wife Myra Otten; his son Taylor Otten; his siblings-in-law, Nora Brennan (Tim), Amy Jo Miller (Otis) and Eric Risinger (Patty); and his pets, Derby, Harley, Mazey and Luna.
