It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Farley of Crestwood, Kentucky, who passed away on July 7, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his brother Tommy; his wife Nancy; and his children, Kim Ash (Mike), Kelly Henry (Rob) and Kevin Farley (Jamie). He is also survived by his three sisters and many nieces and nephews.
