He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Joyce Collett McKinney; and his brother Ernest Mckinney. He is survived by: his daughter Christy Lynn Duty (Clinton); his siblings, Wanda Smith (Joe), Phil Mckinney (Brenda), Charles Mckinney (Wanda) and Paul McKinney; his grandchildren, Zachary Duty and Matthew Duty; and his friend David Rusch.
