The passing of Ronald Irwin Thacker (Crestwood, Kentucky), born in Louisville, Kentucky leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 9, 2025 at the age of 83. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lee and Ruby May Thacker; his brother Joseph Thacker (Joe); and his sister-in-law Alice Faye Thacker. He is survived by: his wife Saundra Thacker (Sandy); his children, Michael Thacker, Sharon Schwarz (Robert) and Karen Banks; and his grandchildren, Lauren Schwarz, Patrick Schwarz and Alex Banks. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stoess Funeral Home (6534 State Hwy 22, Crestwood, KY 40014). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
