He is survived by: his wife Edith Thompson Miles; his daughter Glenda Menard of Crestwood; his grandchildren, Richard Menard (Morgan) of Crestwood and Regan Bream (Jake) of Crestwood; his great grandchildren, Addison, Sadie, Annabelle and Ryane; his siblings, Deverial Livers of Lebanon, Johnny Miles (Diane) of Louisville, Gordie Miles of Lebanon, Bernard Miles (Rosalind) of Lebanon and Danny Miles (Jackie) of New Haven; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Miles of Loretto and Tommy O'Bryan of Shepherdsville.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the funeral home is limited to 60 % occupancy, face coverings are required, and food or drink are prohibited.
