The memory of Judy Frey of Crestwood, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 3, 2024 at the age of 77, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie "Bud" Watts and Inez Watts (Hendrix); her daughter Sara Michelle Frey; and her brothers, William "Bill" Watts and Gary Watts.

She is survived by: her husband Larry Michael Frey; her daughters, Kellie Lynne DeVincenzo (Enzo) and Kimberly Dawn Bauer; her sister Betty Bottorff; and her sisters-in-law, Pat Watts and Clara Watts. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lagrange Assembly of God Church (2109 KY-146, La Grange, KY 40031). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the LaGrange Assembly of God (2109 KY-146, La Grange, KY 40031). A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at the Floydsburg Cemetery (5600 Old Floydsburg Rd, Crestwood, KY 40014).

The family requests that contributions in Judy's memory be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
