Doll of Crestwood, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 1, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Doll and Helen Tate; and his sister Pat Stivers. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Doll; his sons, Ted Doll (Marcie) and Bill Doll (Suzanne); and his sister Nancy Prather. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
