He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Francis and Margie Francis (Turpin). He is survived by: his son Nathan; and his siblings, Becky Powers (David) and Clifford "Kip" Francis, Jr. (Mona). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
