With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Trummer (Crestwood, Kentucky), who passed away on January 27, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Potts and Bessie Potts; her siblings, Lawrence Potts, Russell Potts, J. C. Potts, Willean Hundley and Joe Potts; and her grandson Ryan Flinchum.
She is survived by: her daughter Hazel; her husband Steve; her daughters, Joanne Taylor (Bill), Pam Flinchum (David) and Trisha O'Dell (Gene); her grandsons, Chad Collins (Joni) and Steve Flinchum (Joy); and her siblings, Dorothy King, Martha Long, Mary Anna Stepp (Fayette), Billy Potts and Andy Potts.
