He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stoess and Catherine Stoess of Crestwood; and his sister Mary Young. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelynn Stoess; his daughter Amy Stoess Meade (Bill); his grandchildren, Jackie, Will, Catherine and Colton; and his siblings, Mariam Crenshaw (Harold), Victor R. Stoess (Nancy), Carolyn Caldwell (Mike), Julius Stoess (Diana), Julia Griennier (Dave) and Danny Stoess (Sharon).
